Ted came in to our company and led us to one of the best SharePoint implementations I’ve heard of or experienced. Ted established a full taxonomy of our company, laid out he overall structure for each department, set up our intranet and personal spaces, He not only led the project, he did the analysis and design. The outcome from Ted’s efforts was a very well designed, well performing and managed SharePoint environment that has served the business for over 4 years. Ted set us up with a very secure and flexible SharePoint Platform.
One other point to make, Ted is a fantastic PM. As he ran the project each functional area felt that they were getting their needs met personally. Also demonstrating Ted’s ability to communicate well at all levels. Overall the effort was a huge success due to Ted’s leadership, knowledge and direction. – John M.
